摘要
党的十八大以来,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央的领导下,中国特色社会主义制度在新的历史方位上不断完善和定型。党的十九大报告提出的新历史方位,界定了富起来与强起来的时间节点,划分了中国特色社会主义迈入新时代的坐标和标示。新的历史方位既是新思想的实践之源和立论依据,又是进一步完善中国特色社会主义制度的客观前提。因此,要科学把握党的十九大提出的新历史方位的理论判断,立足国情,坚持改革导向,把中国社会主义根本制度建设推向新阶段,建设制度强国。
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,China's socialist system with Chinese characteristics has been constantly improving and shaping in the new historical position.The new historical orientation put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC defines the temporal duration of getting rich and getting strong,and divides the socialistic coordinates and marks of entering a new era with Chinese characteristics.The new historical orientation means not only the source of practice and argument basis of new ideas,but also the objective premise of further improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,we should scientifically grasp the theoretical judgment of the new historical position put forward by the 19th National Congress,base ourselves on the national conditions,adhere to the reform orientation,and push the construction of China's socialist fundamental system to a new stage and build a strong system.
