摘要
淋巴瘤是血液系统常见恶性肿瘤,根据肿瘤细胞类型,可分为非霍奇金淋巴瘤和霍奇金淋巴瘤。现代医学对淋巴瘤的治疗通常采取化疗兼放疗等手段,但多数亚型淋巴瘤长期生存率及预后较差。中医学将淋巴瘤归于"石疽""阴疽""恶核"等范畴,本文对淋巴瘤中医诊疗研究进行综述,旨为淋巴瘤的临床诊疗提供新思路。
Lymphoma is a common type of malignant tumor originating from the lymphoid hematopoietic system.Classified by the types of tumor cells,it can be divided into non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and Hodgkin’s lymphoma.Lymphoma is usually treated with chemotherapy,radiotherapy and other methods in modern medicine.But the long-term survival rate and prognosis of many subtypes of lymphoma are still poor.TCM attributes the lymphoma to the categories of“Shiju(indurated mass of the body surface)”,“Yinju(yin carbuncle)”,“Ehe(malignant nodule)”,and so on.This article reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma in TCM,and provided new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma.
