摘要
基于整体性的化工园区潜在风险源主要包括园区内化工企业层面储存、生产的危险物;园区层面的布局、基础设施、移动危险源等危险有害因素,以及自然环境危险因素.对化工园区潜在风险源分析,需要采用由点(企业)到面(园区化工园区)的原则进行.为此,本文结合笔者的工作经验,以某化工园区为应用对象,探讨基于整体性的化工园区潜在风险源分析策略,希望为同行提供参考.
The potential risk sources in the chemical park based on integrity mainly include the hazardous materials stored and produced at the level of chemical enterprises in the park.The layout,infrastructure,mobile hazards and other dangerous and harmful factors at the park level,as well as the natural environment risk factors.It is necessary to adopt the principle of point(enterprise)to surface(chemical industry park)to analyze the potential risk sources of chemical industry park.Therefore,based on the author’s work experience,this paper takes a chemical industry park as the application object,discusses the potential risk source analysis strategy based on integrity in the chemical industry park,hoping to provide reference for peers.
