摘要
目的:探讨藤黄健骨胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效。方法:将符合标准的经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者72例,随机分为2组,对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片及碳酸钙D3片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用藤黄健骨胶囊。对比2组治疗前后股骨颈骨密度,腰腿痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)评分情况,治疗前后血清生化指标:血钙、血磷、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清骨钙素(BGP)水平。结果:2组治疗前股骨颈骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组股骨颈骨密度均增加,且观察组骨密度较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前VAS与ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组评分均降低,且观察组VAS与ODI评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血钙、血磷、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清骨钙素(BGP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,血钙及血磷虽较治疗前有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组骨特异性ALP及BGP水平则较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藤黄健骨胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效确切,适合临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Tenghuang Jiangu capsule combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:72 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who met the standard percutaneous vertebroplasty were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets and calcium carbonate D3 tablets.Genghuang Jiangu capsules were added to the control group.Compare the femoral neck bone density,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores of the two groups before and after treatment.The serum biochemical indexes before and after treatment:blood calcium,blood phosphorus,Bone specific alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and serum osteocalcin(BGP)levels.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in femoral neck bone density between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of the femoral neck in both groups increased,and the bone mineral density in the observation group increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of both groups decreased,and the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of blood calcium,blood phosphorus,bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and serum osteocalcin(BGP)were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,although blood calcium and blood phosphorus were increased compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The bone-specific ALP and BGP levels in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tenghuang Jiangu Capsule combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is definite and suitable for clinical application.
