摘要
目的探讨阿糖胞苷联合高三尖杉酯碱、阿克拉霉素及重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(CHAG)方案应用于老年急性髓系白血病的治疗价值。方法选取焦作市人民医院2015年1月至2018年3月收治的60例老年急性髓系白血病患者作为研究对象,经随机数字表法将其分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。研究组予以CHAG化疗方案治疗,对照组予以阿克拉霉素、阿糖胞苷、重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液(CAG)化疗方案治疗,记录两组近期疗效及随访情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于的对照组73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,研究组病死率为3.33%(1/30),复发率为10.00%(3/30);对照组病死率为23.33%(7/30),复发率为33.33%(10/30),两组病死率、复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CHAG化疗方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病患者有效性较优。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combination of arabinosylcytosine, homoharringtonine, aclarubicin and granulocyte colony stimulating factor (CHAG) chemotherapy regimen in the elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.Methods Sixty elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia treated in Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into study group (n=30) and control group (n=30) by random number table method. Patients in the study group were treated with CHAG chemotherapy regimen, and patients in the control group were treated with arabinosylcytosine, aclarubicin and granulocyte colony stimulating factor chemotherapy regimen. The short-term efficacy and follow-up results of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 93.33% (28/30), higher than the 73.33% (22/30) in the control group (P<0.05). During the follow-up period, the mortality rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were 3.33% (1/30) and 10.00% (3/30), respectively;and they were 23.33% (7/30) and 33.33% (10/30) in the control group;there were significant differences in the two indexes between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions CHAG chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
