摘要
为提升制造业产品质量检验的数字化水平,研究一种基于三维模型的产品可视化检验方法。利用产品轻量化模型,通过信息共享,贯穿设计、工艺、制造各环节,推进设计、制造一体化进程。系统实现检验任务定义、可视化检验过程指引、测量数据自动采集以及数据分析等全流程无纸化检验过程。与传统检验方式相比较,系统为产品生产过程质量追溯以及质量态势分析提供了可靠数据源,建立了数字化生产线全闭环质量管理,有效提升了企业质量管控能力。
To improve the digital level of product quality inspection in manufacturing industry,a visual inspection method based on three-dimensional model was studied.By using the product lightweight model and information sharing technique,all links of design,process and manufacturing were connected.The integration process of design and manufacturing was promoted.The whole process of paperless inspection was realized,such as the definition of inspection task,the guidance of visual inspection process,the automatic collection of measurement data and the analysis of data.Compared with the traditional inspection method,the system provides reliable data source for product quality tracing and quality situation analyzing.And it helps factories to establish closed-loop quality management of the digital production line and complete the enterprise quality control.
