摘要
为实现对港机振动与应变的实时监测,设计一种振动与应变测量系统。硬件方面,设计一种信号调理电路实现对ST350应变传感器微弱应变信号的放大、滤波和差分输入,单端输出;介绍电荷放大原理,使用模块化信号调理系统对加速度信号的电荷放大实现振动信号的输入。软件方面,基于LabVIEW软件开发了振动与应变测量系统,该系统能够对数据进行实时采集、存储、处理并传输到服务器。实验结果表明,该系统实时性好、稳定可靠,使用ST350应变传感器采集到的数据精度高。
A vibration and strain measurement system was designed to realize real-time monitoring of port crane vibration and strain.On the hardware side,a signal conditioning circuit was designed to realize amplifying,filtering,differentially inputting,and single-ended outputting of weak strain signal of the ST350 strain sensor.The principle of charge amplification was introduced,vibration signal input was realized by charge amplification of acceleration signal by modular signal conditioning system.On the software side,the vibration and strain measurement system was developed based on LabVIEW.The data were acquired,stored,processed,and transferred to the server.Experimental results show that the proposed system is real-time,stable and reliable,and the data acquired by ST350 strain sensor is highly accurate.
