摘要
从福建省高职扩招工作现状入手,总结福建以政治思维确保高职扩招与区域发展相统一,以改革思维科学研制扩招专项工作政策文件,以质量思维稳步推进扩招计划有序落实,以责任思维谋划扩招考试录取工作的经验。剖析当地院校积极性不高、师资配备不足、办学资源紧张、人才培养模式不优等现实挑战,提出完善办学条件、建设“双师型”教师队伍、优化实验实训条件、加大财政投入、创新教学组织、加强就业指导服务等策略。
Starting from the current situation of enrollment expansion of higher vocational education in Fujian Province,this paper summarizes the experience of Fujian Province in ensuring the unity of higher vocational enrollment expansion and regional development with political thinking,scientifically developing special policy documents for enrollment expansion with reform thinking,steadily promoting the orderly implementation of enrollment expansion plan with quality thinking,as well as planning the enrollment work of examination for enrollment expansion with responsibility thinking.Meanwhile,the current challenges of local colleges and universities are analyzed,such as low enthusiasm,insufficient teachers,shortage of school resources,and poor talent training mode.Based on this,some strategies are put forward to improve the school running conditions,construct“double-qualified”teachers,optimize experimental and practical training conditions,increase financial investment,innovate teaching organization,and enhance employment guidance service,etc.
