摘要
笔者以玻璃粉、长石、高岭土、滑石、方解石、釉果、ZnO等为主要原料,ZnO为晶种,以坯上埋晶种的方法制备硅酸锌定位结晶釉,从晶种含量、ZnO球磨时间、釉层厚度、析晶温度、保温时间以及釉面积等方面对硅酸锌定位结晶釉的制备工艺进行了研究,采用XRD和SEM对结晶釉的物相和形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明:晶花的物相为硅锌矿Zn 2SiO 4。晶种的含量对硅酸锌定位结晶釉析出的晶花大小与形状没有影响;硅酸锌粒径过细,导致晶核减少甚至晶核难以形成,使得析晶数量减少,晶花不易析出;析晶温度要合适,其过高与过低均影响晶花的尺寸;在一定的面积范围内,定位点晶花的尺寸与釉面积大小正相关。要获得比较大的晶花,除了延长保温时间外,相邻晶种定位点的间距也要足够大。
Using glass powder,feldspar,kaolin,talc,calcite,glaze fruit,zinc oxide as principal raw materials,zinc oxide as seed,the preparation processes of orientation crystalline glaze for zinc silicate were investigated by burying seed on the body from the content of seed,milling time of zinc oxide,thickness of the glaze,crystallization temperature,soaking time and area of base glaze and so on.The phase and morphology of crystalline glaze were characterized by XRD and SEM,respectively.The results show that the phase of crystalline glaze was willemite of Zn 2SiO 4,the size and shape of crystal flower made no difference with the content of zinc oxide seed.Crystal nucleus was decreased and even hardly formed,resulting in the reduction of crystallization and difficult to separate out crystal flower if the particle size of zinc silicate was too fine.The crystallization temperature should be appropriate,both too high and too low affected the crystal flower size.Within certain area range,size of crystal flower at the orientation was positive correlation with area of glaze.Larger size of crystal flower to be obtained,the spacing between adjacent seed sites should be long enough,as well as prolonged soaking time.
