摘要
收集中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库中自1975年至2019年所有穴位贴敷治疗胸痹(冠心病、心绞痛)的临床研究,采用Excel、SPSS 20.0等软件分层聚类分析法,对穴位贴敷治疗胸痹的选穴及用药规律进行数据统计分析。截至2019年12月,中国知网、万方数据库中共有141篇关于穴位贴敷治疗胸痹的临床研究,从中筛选出35个可进行穴位贴敷治疗的穴位,97种用于穴位贴敷治疗的药物;通过统计分析各穴位与药物使用的频次及规律,找到7个核心穴位、10种主要药物;对其进行分层聚类分析,所有穴位被聚类成4类,多具有调理气机、活血通络的作用;所有药物被聚类成6类,多具活血化瘀、行气止痛的作用。因此,穴位贴敷治疗胸痹,以活血化瘀、行气止痛作用的药物及穴位为主。
By collecting all the clinical studies of point application in treatment of coronary heart disease and Angina pectoris from 1975 to 2019 in CNKI and Wanfang database,and adopting the hierarchical cluster analysis method of Excel and SPSS20.0,the data of point selection and medication law in treating chest obstruction with point application are statistically analyzed.As of December 2019,there are 141 clinical studies on the treatment of chest obstruction by acupoint application in China hownet and Wanfang database,from which 35 acupoints and 97 kinds of drugs for acupoint application are selected.By statistical analysis of the frequency and regularity of each acupoint and drug use,7 core acupoints and 10 main drugs are found,and all acupoints are classified into 4 categories by hierarchical cluster analysis,most of which have the functions of regulating Qi,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.All the drugs are classified into 6 groups,most of which had the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,walking Qi and relieving pain.It can be seen that the treatment of chest pain point application,to Huoxue Huayu,gas analgesic effect of drugs and acupoints-based.
