磁流变式驾驶室悬置系统隔振研究 被引量:5

摘要 整车平台下建立驾驶室多体模型,通过实验获取磁流变阻尼器变电流与变频率特性曲线,把特性曲线参数编制成文件输入到驾驶室模型中;针对6×4底盘驱动形式的商用及工程车辆,考虑路面变工况输入的不特性性,提出模糊PID-D耦合算法,以车身垂直加速度判定路面输入工况,自适应实时调节微分参数,减小及避免变参数输入导致的定点冲击;速度保持仿真表明:采用模糊PID-D耦合算法后,驾驶室垂向加速度、横摆角速度及侧倾角速度指标参数均有改善,其中垂向加速度极值与均方根性能分别提升60.71%,74.14%;转向桥加装阻尼器后,驾驶室在磁流变主动阻尼器的基础上极值与均方根性能继续提升39.64%、65.07%;功率谱显示在全频域范围内性能均提升,低频段改善明显。 A multi-body model of the cab was established under the vehicle platform.The variable current and variable frequency characteristic curves of the magnetorheological damper are obtained through experiments,and the characteristic curve parameters are compiled into a model of the cab.For the commercial and engineering vehicles with 6×4 chassis drive,considering the non-characteristic of the input condition of the road surface,the fuzzy PID-D coupling algorithm is proposed to determine the road input condition with the vertical acceleration of the vehicle body,and adaptively adjust the differential parameters in real time.Small and avoid fixed-point impact caused by variable parameter input;The simulation of speed maintenance shows that after the fuzzy PID-D coupling algorithm,the parameters of vertical acceleration,yaw rate and roll angular velocity of the cab are improved,and the vertical acceleration and root mean square performance are improved by 60.71%,74.14%;After the damper is installed on the steering axle,the extreme value and rms performance of the cab based on the magnetorheological active damper continue to increase by 39.64%and 65.07%;the power spectrum shows that the performance is improved in the full frequency range,and the low frequency band The improvement is obvious.
