Application of BIM and Pre-fabricated Construction Technology in Equipment Room

摘要 以某高层办公楼工程为例,在制冷机房、生活给水泵房及消防供水泵房的施工中,总结以往施工工艺经验,结合先进的BIM技术,形成了集设计、生产、施工为一体的工厂化预制装配式机房施工方法,在加速工期进度、强化施工质量、改善作业安全及环境方面取得了明显效果,值得在机电设备机房安装施工中推广应用。 This article takes a high-rise office building project as an example.In the construction of the refrigeration machine room,domestic water supply pump room and fire water supply pump room.This article summarizes the previous construction process experience and combines advanced BIM technology to form a construction method of factory pre-fabricated along with a design,production,and construction.This construction method of factory pre-fabricated and assembled machine room has achieved obvious results in accelerating the schedule,strengthening construction quality,improving operation safety and environment,and is worthy of popularization and application in the installation and construction of mechanical and electrical equipment room.
