摘要
乡村振兴是一个系统工程,不仅是经济的振兴,也是生态的振兴,是文化、教育、科技的振兴,更是农民素质的全面提升。乡村人才振兴,是实施乡村振兴的基础保障,为我国职业教育发展带来了前所未有的机遇,同时对职业教育创新发展提出了同步升级的迫切要求。职业教育是我国国民教育和终身教育体系建设的重要组成部分,构建我国现代职业教育体系是实施人才强国和科教兴国的基础工程。职业教育要立足人才培养、产业发展、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承之功能,主动担责、主动融入、主动升级,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供高素质技术技能人才保障、智力支持和技术支撑。职业教育教师水平关系着职业教育的发展质量,决定着职业教育的未来,也是乡村人才振兴的有力保障。加快职业教育教师培养和培训制度建设,为高素质职业教育专业师资发展提供制度保证。通过专业提升、团队建设、学科培育、境外研学、全员培训等,多措并举推动职业教育专业教师扩大规模、提升素质、优化结构,为职业教育现代化提供有力支撑和保障。职业教育教师发展关系着我国职业教育体系的生态体系平衡,是现代职业教育的生态屏障,要打造一支党和人民满意的高素质、专业化、创新型教师队伍,以保障职业教育的快速发展。
Rural revitalization is a systematic project.It is not only a revitalization in economy and ecology,but also a revitalization in culture,education,science and technology,and the overall improvement of farmers’quality.The revitalization of rural talents is the basic guarantee for the implementation of rural revitalization,which brings unprecedented opportunities for the development of vocational education in China,and at the same time puts forward the urgent requirement of synchronous upgrading for the innovation and development of vocational education.Vocational education is an important part of the construction of national education and lifelong education system in our country,and the construction of modern vocational education system in our country is the basic project of carrying out the revitalization of our country by talents and rejuvenating the country through science and education.Vocational education should be based on the functions of talent training,industrial development,scientific research,social services and cultural heritage,take the initiative to undertake responsibility,actively integrate,actively upgrade,and provide high-quality technological and technical personnel security,intellectual support and technical support for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.The quality of vocational education teachers are related to the development quality of vocational education and determine the future of vocational education,and is also a strong guarantee for the revitalization of rural talents.We shall speed up the training and training system of vocational education teachers,and provide institutional guarantee for the development of high-quality vocational education professional teachers.Through professional promotion,team building,discipline cultivation,overseas research,all-staff training,and so on,various measures can be taken to promote vocational education professional teachers to expand the scale,improve quality,and optimize the structure,so as to provide strong support and guarantee for the modernization of vocational education.The development of vocational education teachers is related to the balance of the ecological system of the vocational education system in our country and is the ecological barrier of modern vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate a teaching staff of high quality,specialization and innovation-type satisfied by the Party and people in order to ensure the rapid development of vocational education.
