摘要
干旱胁迫使冬小麦可变荧光与最大荧光比(F_v/F_m)、可变荧光与最小荧光比(F_v/F_o)、稳态荧光(F_t)、初始荧光到最大荧光1/2点的时间(T_(1/2))均明显降低,表明干旱胁迫使冬小麦叶片光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)质子醌库(PQ库)容量变小,光系统Ⅱ原初光能转换效率、光系统Ⅱ潜在活性受到抑制,干旱胁迫直接影响了光合作用的电子传递和CO_2同化过程。
Effects of drought stress on chlorophyll fluorescence of winter wheat show that T1/2 [ the time in ms from the point of variable fluorescence ( Fo) to the point on the rising curve corresponding to half maximal fluorescence (Fv) ], Fv/Fm (the ratio of the variable to maximal fluorescence), Fv/Fo(the ratio of the variable to minimal fluorescence), and Ft (steady fluorescence) under drought stress condition are evidently lower than those under non-water stress condition. The capacity of PQ store of photosystem II is condensed, and the efficiency of primary light energy conversion of photosystem II and the potential activities of PS II decrease under drought stress condition. This implies the inhibition of photosynthetic electron transportation and carbon assimilation under drought stress.
