摘要
教育均衡发展是优质教育发展的新趋势,教育均衡化日益受到人们的重视。教育公平为社会公平奠定了基础,教育均衡发展是实现教育公平的基石,推进义务教育均衡发展是义务教育的战略性任务,推进教育集团化办学能有效促进全面义务教育均衡发展目标的实现。从肇庆市教育发展的均衡性、教育体制改革、教师队伍建设等方面的论述,详细介绍义务教育阶段集团化办学的发展慨况。通过从资源共享、教师建设和教学研究等方面进行改革,探讨义务教育阶段集团化办学对城乡教育均衡发展的影响,从而更好地促进教育均衡发展,推动教育公平。
Educational equity lays a foundation for social equity.Balanced development of education is the cornerstone for achieving educational equity.Promoting balanced development of compulsory education is the strategic task of compulsory education,and promoting educational collectivization can effectively promote the realization of the goal of balanced development of comprehensive compulsory education.From the discussion of the balance of education development,the reform of education system and the construction of teachers'team in Zhaoqing City,this paper introduces the development of collectivized school running in the stage of compulsory education in detail.Through the reform of resource sharing,teacher construction and teaching research,this paper discusses the influence of collectivized school running in compulsory education stage on the balanced development of urban and rural education,so as to better promote the balanced development of education and promote educational equity.
