LZ91镁锂合金双相结构表面的化学镀镍过程

摘要 采用扫描电镜对不同镀镍时间的镁锂合金表面形貌进行观察,采用能谱分析其表面元素分布,通过X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析活化产物,推测了双相结构表面化学镀沉积过程。结果表明:在活化过程中,镁锂合金双相(α相和β相)组织表面活化产物不同,β相表面的LiOH、LiF等易溶物含量明显高于α相表面的,使沉积反应优先在β相表面发生,而后在α相表面,初始为置换反应沉积镍,而后转化为自催化反应沉积镍磷。 The surface morphology of Mg-Li alloy after electroless nickel deposition for different periods of time was observed by scanning electron microscopy,element distribution on the surface was analyzed using energy dispersive spectroscopy.The activation products were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the deposition process of electroless nickel deposition on the surface of two-phase structure was studied.The results show that the activation products were different on the surface of two-phase(αphase andβphase)microstructure of Mg-Li alloy during the activation process.The content of soluble substances such as LiOH and LiF on the surface of theβphase was significantly higher than that on the surface of theαphase,resulting in the deposition process starting from theβphase surface and then on theαphase surface.In the deposition process,Ni was deposited at first by substitution reaction,and then Ni-P was deposited by autocatalytic reaction.
