摘要
用添加滑石粉或与聚丙烯熔融共混的方法对二元乙丙橡胶粒料进行隔离实验。结果表明,外加滑石粉无法对二元乙丙橡胶粒料进行有效隔离;将滑石粉填充到橡胶内部,当滑石粉的质量分数达到100%时,胶粒表现出很好的隔离效果;对内部填充滑石粉的胶粒外加质量分数为3%的滑石粉,当内加滑石粉的质量分数达到40%时,胶粒的隔离效果很好;将二元乙丙橡胶与聚丙烯熔融共混,当聚丙烯的质量分数达到80%时,粒料即达到预期的隔离效果。
The method of adding talcum powder or melting blend with polypropylene was implemented for binary ethylene-propylene rubber pellets to make isolation experiments.The results showed that adding some talcum powder outside the binary ethylene-propylene rubber pellets was not an effective isolation method;then the talcum powder was filled into the rubber pellets,and the rubber pellets showed a very good isolation effect when the mass fraction of talcum powder reached 100%;when the mass fraction of talcum powder inside the rubber pellets reached 40%and the mass fraction of talcum powder outside the rubber pellets reached 3%,the isolation effect of rubber pellets was very good;then the binary ethylene-propylene rubber and polypropylene were melted and blended,and the pellets showed a desired isolation effect when the mass fraction of polypropylene reached 80%.
