摘要
采用白炭黑体系,对高、中、低三种不同苯乙烯含量的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)产品3550S、2557TH和1560S进行混炼,选取了对应胶料的0.6×工艺正硫化时间(t 90)、0.8×t 90、t 90、1.2×t 90和1.5×t 90等5个时间点进行硫化,分析不同硫化时间对三种SSBR性能的影响。结果表明,随着硫化时间的延长,三种SSBR的拉伸强度逐渐下降,扯断伸长率和压缩生热逐渐降低,回弹略有降低硬度略有升高,其中1560S压缩生热和回弹下降幅度较大;3550S和2557TH的300%定伸应力逐渐增加,1560S则在正硫化时达到最高值;1560S的耐磨性基本不变,3550S的变化幅度不大,2557TH则有一定幅度的降低;3550S操控性和滚动阻力性能逐渐改善,正硫化时的抗湿滑性较差;2557TH的抗湿滑性逐渐降低,操控性和滚动阻力变化不大;1560S抗湿滑性、操控性和滚动阻力的变化不大。
The properties of solution polymerized butadiene styrene rubber(SSBR)with three different styrene content,3550S,2557TH and 1560S,were studied based on SSBR/SiO 2 composite systems that were vulcanized by different curing time.The results showed that with the prolongation of curing time,the tensile strength of 3550S,2557TH and 1560S decreased,and the Modulus at 300%of 2557TH and 3550S increased,and the elongation at break and the compression heat build-up of SSBR decreased,and the abrasion resistance of 2557TH decreased;the wet sliding resistance of 2557TH was obviously decreased,and the controllability and rolling resistance of 3550S positive vulcanization was enhanced,while little change in the wet sliding resistance,handling ability and rolling resistance of 1560S.
