摘要
采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究和表征了多壁碳纳米管(WCNTs)的形态和结构,采用机械共混制备了不同碳纳米管含量的氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR),并采用SEM、橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)及力学性能测试等方法,研究了碳纳米管在HNBR橡胶中的分散及碳纳米管对HNBR橡胶力学性能、流变性能、动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,当碳纳米管用量适量时可在HNBR基体内实现单根分散并形成完整的增强网络结构。碳纳米管对HNBR有优异的补强效果,补强效率优于炭黑,并可显著提高HNBR的撕裂强度。加入碳纳米管后,橡胶的损耗因子峰值降低,观察温域内损耗因子曲线更为平坦。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(WCNTs)were used to prepare HNBR nanocomposites by mechanical blending with different weight fraction of WCNTs which morphologies and structures were researched and characterized by FITR and SEM.The dispersion of WCNTs in HNBR and the mechanical properties,rheological properties and dynamic mechanical properties of WCNTs/HNBR nanocomposites were analyzed.The result showed that appropriate amount of WCNTs could dispersed in nano-size homogeneously in HNBR and WCNTs formed complete enhanced network structure.Compared to carbon black,the reinforcement effect of WCNTs was more significant,and extremely increase the tear strength of rubber.WCNTs/HNBR composites also showed that the persence of WCNTs made the peak value of damping loss factor smaller and the loss facior curves flatted in the observation of temperature range.
