丙烯腈含量对水润滑丁腈橡胶摩擦性能的影响初探 被引量:4

摘要 丁腈橡胶(NBR)是制造水润滑轴承的一种重要原材料,摩擦性能是水润滑材料的重要特性,而丙烯腈含量对丁腈橡胶性能有较大影响。对3种不同丙烯腈含量硬丁腈橡胶的力学性能、耐水、耐3#标准油和耐热氧老化特性进行测试,并采用环块摩擦试验机研究了去离子水润滑条件下丁腈橡胶的摩擦性能,并对摩擦性能的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,提高丙烯腈含量对丁腈橡胶力学性能和耐水、耐3#标准油性能均有积极的影响,而对耐热氧老化影响不明显。环块摩擦试验结果表明:水润滑条件下,丁腈橡胶摩擦性能除与丙烯腈含量有关外,还与滑动速度和润滑状态有关。丙烯腈含量提高,丁腈橡胶静摩擦系数和低速下的动摩擦系数增大;在较高速的混合润滑阶段,丙烯腈含量高的丁腈橡胶摩擦系数小;速度进一步提高至进入弹流润滑阶段,丁腈橡胶的摩擦系数受丙烯腈含量影响不大。 NBR is the main raw material for manufacturing water-lubricated bearings.The tribological performance is an important characteristic for water-lubricated materials.In addition,acrylonitrile content has a great impact on the performance of NBR.The mechanical properties,water resistance,resistance to 3#standard oil,and heat-resistant oxygen aging characteristics of three kinds of hard NBR with different acrylonitrile contents were tested.The friction performance of NBR stripunder deionized water lubricating was studied with a ring block friction tester,and the influencing factors of the friction performance were analyzed.The results show that the increase of acrylonitrile content has a positive effect on the mechanical properties of NBR and the performance of water resistance and resistance to 3#standard oil.But it has no obvious effect on heat and oxygen aging.The ring block friction test results show that under water lubrication conditions,the friction coefficient of NBR is related to both the acrylonitrile content and the speed.As the content of acrylonitrile increases,the coefficient of static friction of the NBR and the coefficient of dynamic friction at low speeds increase;in the mixed lubrication phase at higher speeds,the coefficient of friction of the NBR with high acrylonitrile content is small;until the speed is further increased to enter the elastohydrodynamic lubrication phase,the friction coefficient of NBR is not affected by the content of acrylonitrile.
