摘要
通过高光泽抗冲聚苯乙烯的透射电子显微镜照片及橡胶相粒径分布,分析微观结构对抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)产品的表面光泽度及抗冲击性能的影响。HIPS体系中橡胶粒径为小于1μm的Salami包藏结构有利于提高HIPS产品的光泽度;HIPS体系中橡胶粒径1~4μm的Salami包藏结构有利于提高HIPS产品的抗冲击性能;橡胶粒径小于1μm的Salami包藏结构和1~4μm的Salami包藏结构比例相当的情况下,HIPS产品的抗冲击性能和表面光泽度之间达到最佳平衡。
Transmission electron micrographs of high-gloss impact polystyrene and particle size distribution of the rubber phase were used to analyze the effect of microstructure on the surface gloss and impact resistance of HIPS products.of the HIPS system Rubber particle size less than 1μm Salami encapsulation structure of the HIPS system was conducive to HIPS product gloss.In the system of HIPS rubber particle size of 1~4μm Salami encapsulation structure of the HIPS system was conducive to HIPS product impact resistance.When the two structures had the same proportion in the products,the impact strength and surface gloss of the HIPS products can achiere the best balance point.
