摘要
冠心病心绞痛是临床上一种常见的心血管疾病,该疾病的病理基础为冠状动脉供血不足引发血管狭窄或冠脉痉挛,该疾病症状呈持续性恶化,中老年群体是冠心病心绞痛的高发群体。冠心病心绞痛现已成为危害人类健康的高危疾病,在中医学中属于"厥心痛"、"心痛"和"胸痹"的范畴,主要和痰瘀有关,主要病机为正虚邪实。西医治疗该疾病主要采用抗血小板聚集药、钙拮抗剂和血管扩张剂等。近年来,中医治疗冠心病心绞痛在临床上普遍应用,通过调肺气、通血脉、助心行血进行治疗。中医治疗冠心病心绞痛具有许多优势,目前临床上中医治疗该疾病呈现百家争鸣的景象。本研究主要就冠心病心绞痛的中医治疗展开综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考方案。
Angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common cardiovascular disease in clinic.The pathological basis of the disease is the stenosis or spasm of coronary artery caused by insufficient blood supply.The symptoms of the disease show continuous deterioration.The middle-aged and old people are the high incidence group of angina pectoris of CHD.Angina pectoris of CHD has become a high-risk disease endangering human health.In traditional Chinese medicine,the disease belongs to the category of"precordial pain with cold limbs","cardiodynia"and"thoracic obstruction".It is mainly related to phlegm and blood stasis.The main pathogenesis of the disease is positive deficiency and pathogenic solid.Western medicine mainly used antiplatelet aggregation drug,calcium antagonists and vasodilators.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used to treat angina pectoris of CHD in clinic,which is treated by regulating lung qi,activating blood vessels and helping heart and blood circulation.There are many advantages in the treatment of angina pectoris of CHD by traditional Chinese medicine.At present,the treatment of angina pectoris of CHD by traditional Chinese medicine presents a scene of contending schools of thought in clinic.This study mainly reviews the treatment of angina pectoris of CHD by traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference program for clinical treatment.
