四极杆质谱仪射频驱动装置模块化设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 根据四极杆质谱仪需求采用模块化设计方式研制了包括信号源和功率放大电路在内的射频驱动装置,各模块电路结构清晰、功能明确且具有体积小、成本低等特点。使用直接数字频率合成器(DDS)模块作为信号源产生以1Hz为最小步进频率,在0.2~1.6MHz范围内频率可调且相位相反的两路正弦波信号。通过单片机控制可变增益放大器(VGA)模块使驱动装置在1~30Vp-p范围内幅值可调。设计两级功率放大模块,用于提高带负载能力。此装置输出信号频率的相对标准偏差(RSD)低于0.1ppm,输出相位差为180°±0.6°。实验表明其频率及相位差稳定性良好。 A radio frequency(RF)driving device which including signal source and power amplifier circuit is developed by a modular design method.Each module circuit has clear structure,clear function,small volume and low cost.Direct digital frequency synthesizer(DDS)module is used as signal source to generate two sinusoidal signals with minimum step frequency of 1 Hz and adjustable frequency and opposite phase in the range of 0.2-1.6 MHz.The variable gain amplifier(VGA)module controlled by single-chip microcomputer makes the driving device adjustable in the range of 1-30 Vp-p.Two-stage power amplifier module is designed to improve the load capacity.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the output signal frequency is lower than 0.1 ppm,and the output phase difference is 180°±0.6°.The experimental results show that the stability of the frequency and the phase difference is good.
