摘要
为更好的开展做好水利水电工程移民综合监理工作,依据目前有关规程规范,并结合工作实践经验,分析研究水利水电工程移民综合监理与水利水电工程监理的差异。经研究分析表明:二者之间在监理对象方面、监理内容方面、目标控制方面、合同与信息管理方面以及工作协调方面都存在较为明显的差异。了解掌握二者之间存在的差异性,可以为移民综合监理单位掌握工作重点和有效的工作方法,提高工作成效。同时,也为委托方开展监理单位管理提供一定参考。
In order to better carry out the comprehensive supervision of resettlement of water and hydropower projects,the differences between resettlement comprehensive supervision and engineering supervision of water and hydropower projects are analyzed based on relevant regulations and specifications and combining with practical experiences.The research shows that there are obvious differences between them in the aspects of supervision object,supervision content,objective control,contract and information management and work coordination.Understanding the differences can help the comprehensive supervision unit to master work focuses and effective working methods,and improve work efficiency.At the same time,it also provides a certain reference to carry out supervision unit management.
