某天气处理厂汞污染模拟及尾气排放优化 被引量:3

Optimization of exhaust discharge from ethylene glycol regeneration in treatment of natural gas containing mercury

摘要 某高含汞天然气处理厂的乙二醇再生尾气就地焚烧排放存在汞中毒和明火风险。本研究采用HYSYS软件对天然气处理装置进行了汞分布模拟,确定了乙二醇再生尾气中的汞含量为66.436mg/m^3。通过增加脱汞罐和将再生尾气引入低压放空管道的措施实现了汞的进一步脱除和尾气灼烧炉的熄灭,降低了汞对操作人员的安全威胁和站内明火的安全风险,并节约了燃料气耗量78.31m^3/d。 There are risks of mercury poisoning and open fire in the on-site incineration of the glycol regeneration exhaust gas from the plant for processing natural gas with high mercury content.In this study,the mercury distribution of a natural gas processing plant was simulated by using HYSYS software,and the mercury content in glycol regeneration tail gas was determined to be 66.436mg/m3.By adding demercuration tank and introducing regeneration exhaust gas into low pressure vent pipeline,further removal of mercury and extinction of exhaust gas burning furnace were realized,thus reducing the safety threat of mercury to operators and the risk of open fire in the processing plant,and saving fuel gas of 78.31m3/d.
