摘要
公安部在推出"一长四必"现场勘查新机制以后,又在加强公安院校公安专业人才现场勘查能力建设方面做了顶层规划。结合实践与教学的特殊时代背景,有必要对公安院校传统犯罪现场勘查学教学模式进行系统评析、审慎反思。当前公安院校可以尝试在强化师资队伍建设、丰富教学手段、延伸教学时空、拓宽合作渠道等方面进行探索,并瞄准智慧教育的时代大势提前规划布局,从而更可持续地为公安机关培养、输送能够适应新时期现场勘查业务需求的专业人才。
After it initiated the new mechanism of"One Chief and Four Musts"for crime scene investigation(CSI),the Ministry of Public Security also made top-level planning so as to reinforce police professionals’CSI competency in police colleges and universities.Considering the special background of practice and teaching,it is necessary to systematically assess and reflect on the traditional CSI teaching mode in police colleges and universities.At present,police colleges and universities can try making explorations in the terms of strengthening faculty development,enriching teaching approaches,extending teaching time and space,broadening cooperation channels,etc.Targeting the tendency of the intelligent education era,they can plan the layout in advance for the sustainable cultivation and supply of more professionals,who can satisfy the CSI needs in the new era,for police organs.
