摘要
目的:探讨康复功能训练结合预见性护理对吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)后康复的影响,为PPH患者术后的恢复及并发症的预防提供临床指导。方法:选择2016年8月~2018年6月进行治疗的痔疮患者148例作为研究对象。按照随机数表法,将患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组74例。对照组采用常规护理进行治疗,研究组采用康复功能训练结合预见性护理进行治疗。术后1个月后,比较分析两组患者的住院时间、切口愈合时间、首次排便时间、首次排尿时间、术后疼痛程度(VAS)、术后焦虑程度(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,研究组的住院时间、切口愈合时间、首次排便时间、首次排尿时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后并发症发生率(5.41%)显著低于对照组(22.97%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS、SAS与SDS评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(95.95%)显著高于对照组(81.08%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复功能训练结合预见性护理对PPH术后患者进行治疗,能够显著改善患者情绪、减轻患者疼痛、提升护理满意度以及降低并发症发生率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation function training combined with predictive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of PPH patients,and to provide clinical guidance for postoperative recovery and prevention of complications of PPH patients.Method 148 patients with hemorrhoids who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group was treated with rehabilitation training combined with predictive nursing.One month after the operation,the hospital stay,wound healing time,first defecation time,first urination time,postoperative pain degree(VAS),postoperative anxiety degree(SAS),self-ratiay Depression Scale(SDS),complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the hospitalization time,incision healing time,first defecation time and first urination time of the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of complications after nursing in the study Group(5.41%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.97%),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),after treatment,the VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the study group(95.95%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.08%),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation function training combined with predictive nursing to treat patients after PPH operation,can significantly improve the mood of patients,reduce pain,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
