摘要
研究了海缆铠装层材料无氧铜在海水服役环境中的腐蚀行为,通过电化学测试技术、浸泡试验、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了Cl-、SO42-和HCO3-对铜铠装层腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在这几种阴离子中,Cl-对铜的腐蚀性最强;三种阴离子对铜铠装的腐蚀影响顺序为Cl->SO42->HCO3-;随温度的升高,铜的腐蚀速率升高;铜在常温HCO3-溶液中几乎不产生腐蚀,在38℃时,铜表面发生一定程度的腐蚀,但是腐蚀速率较低。
The corrosion behavior of oxygen-free copper in the submarine cable armoring layer in seawater service environment was studied.The effects of Cl-,SO42- and HCO3- on the corrosion behavior of the copper armor layer were studied by electrochemical test technology,immersion test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that among these anions,Cl- was the most corrosive to copper.The order of influence of the three anions on the corrosion of copper armor was:Cl->SO42->HCO3-.The corrosion rate of copper increased with the increase of temperature.Copper hardly corroded in normal temperature HCO3-solution.At 38℃,the copper surface corroded to some extent,but the corrosion rate was low.
