摘要
高校教师党支部班子在高校党务工作中发挥承上启下的作用,其地位与作用的重要性不言而喻。然而,当前高校教师党支部存在服务定位不清晰、作用发挥与校园文化建设存在错位、组织生活缺乏活力、活动缺乏系统性与统筹性等问题。对此,应该采取措施,建构起完善的高校教师党支部作用发挥机制,具体可以从以下几方面着手:加强高校教师党支部班子建设,建立业务培训与工作激励机制;创新党支部活动内容与形式,健全学习教育长效机制;密切党群关系,建立联系服务机制等。
To fully understand the role of the party branch of college teachers and to give full play to the branch is of great importance for the party building in colleges and universities.The party branch of college teachers should be fully aware of their shortcomings,including unclear service orientation,misplaced roles in exertion and campus culture construction,lacking of vitality in organizational life,lacking of systematic and coordinated activities,etc.We should strengthen the construction and establishment of the party branch of college teachers,build business training and work incentive mechanism,innovate party branch activities and forms,improve learning and long-term mechanism of education,make party-group relations close,and establish contact service mechanisms and other aspects,thus to build a perfect mechanism for the role of college teachers and party branches.
