小半径曲线钢箱梁桥固结体系及戴帽施工法 被引量:7

Fixed System and Wearing Cap Construction Method of Steel Box Girder Bridges with Small Radius Curve

摘要 为了防止立交匝道中的小半径曲线钢箱梁支座脱空、梁体侧倾事故的发生,结合城市立交实际工程,设计采用一种新型小半径曲线刚构体系桥,提出了一种新的“戴帽法”预制吊装施工方法,并通过运用三维空间计算软件MIDAS/CIVIL建模计算,分析了此体系桥梁的结构受力特点。结果表明,纵向采用一个固结墩就可有效防止支座脱空、梁体侧倾问题的出现,可为同类小半径曲线梁桥的设计提供参考。 To prevent accidents such as bearing separation and beam incline in urban interchange steel box-girder bridge with small radius curve,a new type of rigid frame bridge design with small radius curve is developed,and a new prefabrication and hoisting construction method named"wearing cap method"is proposed for the developed system of bridge.The structural behavior of the developed system of bridge is analyzed and discussed,by using the software of MIDAS/CIVIL.As shown in the results,the proposed design with fixed pier can effectively prevent accidents such as bearing separation and beam incline,and can be referred by the design of other similar bridges with small radius curve.
