摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)临床护理管理模式的实践。方法通过成立COVID-19专业护理小组、重症救治小组、建立合理的病区环境布局与流程、规范穿脱防护服流程、制定各组岗位职责、保障医疗队护理工作顺利开展。结果接诊136例COVID-19患者,治愈出院135例,死亡1例。结论此次护理管理实践保障了医疗队临床护理工作的顺利开展,确保了护理救治成功率,实现了医务人员“零感染”的既定目标,为COVID-19的护理救护提供了借鉴。
Objecitve To explore the practice of clinical nursing management mode for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Through the establishment of the COVID-19 professional nursing team and critical care team,the establishment of a reasonable ward environment layout and process,the standardization of the process of putting on and taking off protective clothing,the regulation of job responsibilities of each group,the nursing work of the medical team could be carried out smoothly.Results A total of 136 patients with COVID-19 were admitted to hospital,among which 135 cases were cured and 1 case died.Conclusion This nursing management practice guarantees the smooth development of the clinical nursing work of the medical team,ensures the success rate of nursing treatment,and the realization of the established goal of“zero infection”of the medical staff,which provides reference for the nursing of patients with COVID-19.
