摘要
目的探讨麻醉质控专家指导下的基层医院麻醉病例讨论的效果和推广价值。方法由海南省麻醉质控中心组织并拟定参与“麻醉疑难病例讨论”基层行活动的基层医院及麻醉专家;基层医院医生负责拟讨论病例的采集、幻灯片制作,麻醉专家按期到基层医院指导病例讨论。讨论结束后,麻醉质控中心收集各参与专家及基层医院麻醉科对本次讨论的反馈与总结,并提出相关建议。结果基层医院麻醉医生获得与麻醉专家面对面交流学习的机会,提高其对病例讨论的认识及参与积极性,促进其良好临床思维能力的培养;海南省麻醉质控中心获得基层麻醉病例讨论的现况与需求。结论麻醉质控专家指导下的基层麻醉病例讨论实践值得推广,不但促进了基层麻醉医生病例讨论水平的整体提高,也为质控中心明确帮扶方向提供参考。
Objecitve To explore the effect and popularization value of the discussion of anesthesia cases in primary hospitals under the guidance of anesthesia quality control experts.Methods The practice model,including selecting primary hospitals and anesthesia experts,was organized by Hainan Provincial Anesthesia Quality Control Center.The doctors of primary hospitals were responsible for the collection of cases to be discussed and slides making,and the anesthesia experts guided the case discussion in primary hospitals regularly.After the discussion,the anesthesia quality control center collected the feedback and analyzed summaries of the discussion from the participating experts and the department of anesthesiology of primary hospitals,and put forward relevant suggestions.Results Anesthesiologists in primary hospitals have the opportunity to communicate with and learn from anesthesia experts face-to-face,which can improve their understanding of case discussions and their enthusiasm for participation,and promote the cultivation of their good clinical thinking skills.Besides,Hainan Provincial Anesthesia Quality Control Center can obtain the current status and demands of the case discussion in primary hospitals.Conclusion The practice mode of case discussions in primary hospitals under the guidance of anesthesia quality control experts is worth popularizing,which not only can promote the overall ability of the case discussion of anesthesiologists in primary hospitals,but also timely obtain the current situation and demands of the primary hospitals,and provide reference for the quality control center to clarify the direction of assistance.
