摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在中国武汉地区流行并蔓延,具有传染性强,重症患者病死率高的特点,部分重症患者出现呼吸、循环功能衰竭,严重威胁生命健康。在针对新型冠状病毒尚无特效药物情况下,体外膜肺氧合技术(ECMO)可以同时进行呼吸和循环功能支持,为危重患者救治赢得时间。本文将对ECMO在COVID-19重症患者中应用价值进行探讨。
Novel coronavirus pneumonia is prevalent and spreading in Wuhan and it has the characteristics of high infectivity and high mortality in severe patients.Some severe cases can result in death related to respiratory and/or circulatory failure.In the absence of effective drugs for novel coronavirus pneumonia,respiratory and circulatory functions can be supported simultaneously by ECMO,which can provide critical time for the treatment of severe patients.This review will discuss application values of ECMO in severe cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia.
