摘要
为了提高森林灭火弹的有效灭火面积,基于新型120 mm口径无人机用森林灭火弹,运用TrueGrid建立战斗部有限元模型、LS-DYNA求解计算,探究爆炸抛撒过程中弹丸壳体碎裂对灭火剂抛撒的影响并推算有效灭火面积。与灭火弹静爆试验结果对比表明:比药量为3.21%时,壳体碎裂均匀,灭火效果好,有效灭火面积为9 m^2,误差为7%,在合理范围内,从而证明了数值模拟的准确性,为实际应用提供了技术支持。
In order to improve the effective fire retardant area of drone forest fire extinguishing projectile,based on the new 120 mm caliber drone forest fire extinguishing projectile,using the TrueGrid software to establish the finite element model of the forest fire extinguishing projectile warhead and LS-DYNA to calculate the numerical solution to explore the influence of the fragmentation of the projectile shell on the fire extinguishing agent during the explosion of the forest fire extinguishing projectile and the theoretically effective fire retardant area,and compared with the results of the static explosion test of fire extinguishers.The results showed that when the specific dose was 3.21 percent,the shell was evenly broken and the fire extinguishing effect was good.The effective fire extinguishing area was 9 square meters.Compared with the results of the static explosion test,the error is 7 percent,which is within a reasonable range,which proves the accuracy of the numerical simulation and provides technical support for practical application.
