摘要
目的:分析侧卧位长时间手术患者行术中护理干预对急性压疮形成的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月侧卧位长时间手术患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予术中护理干预。比较两组急性压疮发生率以及压疮面积。结果:观察组急性压疮发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组压疮面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:侧卧位长时间手术患者行术中护理干预的效果显著,可有效减少急性压疮发生率,并减小压疮面积。
Objective:To analyze the effect of intraoperativenursing intervention on the formation of acute pressure ulcers in patients with long-term surgery in lateral position.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,100 cases of patients with long-termsurgery in lateral position were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given intraoperative nursing intervention.The incidence of acute pressure ulcers and the area of pressure ulcers were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of acute pressure ulcers in observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area of pressure ulcers between the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intraoperative nursing intervention on patients with long-term surgery in lateral position is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the incidence of acute pressure ulcers and reduce the area of pressure ulcers.
