摘要
目的:探讨超大剂量肌松联合镇静镇痛治疗成人破伤风顽固性抽搐的效果。方法:2013年4月-2019年4月收治成人破伤风顽固性抽搐患者15例,在机械通气下,予超大剂量肌松联合镇静镇痛、止痉等治疗措施,观察疗效及不良反应,结果:15例患者均得到较好控制,痉挛随之缓解,无并发症。结论:应用超大剂量肌松联合镇静镇痛,大大提高成人极重症破伤风患者救治的成功率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of extra large dose of muscle relaxants combined with sedation and analgesia in the treatment of persistent convulsions of tetanus in adults.Methods:From April 2013 to April 2019,15 cases of adults with tetanus persistent convulsions were enrolled,under mechanical ventilation,extra large dose of muscle relaxants combined with sedation and analgesia,antispasmodics and other treatment measures were given to observe the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:All of 15 patients were well controlled,and the spasms were relieved without complications.Conclusion:The application of extra large dose of muscle relaxants combined with sedation and analgesia can greatly improve the success rate of treatment of adult patients with severe tetanus.
