摘要
通过研究北京冬奥周期冰雪体育人才需求的现状,界定冰雪体育人才概念、分类,研究非竞技类冰雪体育人才的概念、现状、构建其培养体系及途径,采用一种"开放的大教育"模式,利用学校学历教育与职业资格培训两种培养体系,充分挖掘公办与民办、国内与国外、体育领域与非体育领域等六类教育资源,构建非竞技类冰雪体育人才培养体系。
By studying the current situation of the demand for ice and snow sports talents in China’s winter Olympic cycle,we define the concept and classification of ice and snow sports talents,and determine that the ice and snow sports talents are divided into two categories:competitive ice and snow sports talents and non-athletic ice and snow sports talents.After researching on the cultivation system and approach of the non-athletic ice and snow sports talents,we adopt an“open macro-education”model,which utilizes two cultivation systems including school education and vocational qualification training and fully exploits these six education resources from public and private,domestic and foreign,sports and non-sports fields,to build a cultivation system for non-athletic ice and snow sports talents.
