表面处理对铝合金盐雾环境下的腐蚀特性试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用盐雾试验研究了不同表面处理状态下的2124–T851铝合金试样在盐雾环境下的腐蚀特性,按96h一循环拍照记录了960h内试样的表面腐蚀状态。结果表明:未经过表面处理的铝合金试样随腐蚀时间的增加,表面腐蚀程度逐渐增加,表面磷酸阳极化(PAA)处理后并喷涂底胶及底漆的试样具有较好的耐腐蚀性。通过比较,发现喷涂BR–127和TB06–9试样在试验过程中均未出现腐蚀点,说明BR–127及TB06–9具有较好的耐盐雾腐蚀性。 The corrosion characteristics of 2124–T851 aluminum alloy samples under different performance treatment conditions in salt spray environment were studied by salt spray test.The surface corrosion state of the sample within 960h was recorded by photograph every 96h a cycle.The results show that the surface corrosion of aluminum alloy samples surface without treatment gradually increases with the increase of corrosion time,the sample with surface phosphoric acid anodized(PAA)and sprayed with primer has good corrosion resistance.By comparison,it was found that there was no corrosion point in the test of BR–127 and TB06–9,which shows that BR–127 and TB06–9 have good salt spray corrosion resistance.
