摘要
目的探讨实习医师导师制在儿科临床教学中的应用价值。方法将在医院儿科临床的实习医师随机分为两组,观察组采用导师制教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,通过两组在出科理论考试、病史采集、病历书写、技能操作及满意度问卷调查等方式验证教学效果。结果两组的出科理论考试成绩无差异(P> 0.05),观察组的病史采集、病历书写及技能操作成绩优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组在科室对实习生的管理满意度上无统计学差异(P> 0.05);在对老师的教学态度、老师的教学水平的满意度上,观察组的满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论实习医师导师制在儿科临床教学中有一定的优越性,不仅有利于提高实习生学习效果,也有助于老师的成长。
Objective To explore the application value of tutorial system in pediatric clinical teaching.Methods The clinical interns in pediatrics were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was taught by tutorial system and the control group by traditional teaching system.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by theory examination,medical history collection,medical record writing,skill operation and satisfaction questionnaire in two groups.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical examination between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of medical history collection,medical record writing and skill operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the management satisfaction of interns in the Department,the satisfaction of teachers’teaching attitude and teaching level in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The tutorical system of interns has some advantages in pediatric clinical teaching,which is not only conducive to improving the effect of interns'practice,but also conducive to the growth of teachers.
