摘要
目的了解黄鳝体内颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫的分布情况,为食源性寄生虫病风险评估提供依据。方法在福建省闽北任选5个县市采样,每各县市采集黄鳝≥20尾。按GB10136-2015《食品安全国家标准动物性水产制品》,在显微镜下收集虫体和形态观察。结果 5个县市共采集检查黄鳝计110尾,阳性14尾,总感染率12.7%(14/110)。在14尾阳性黄鳝中检获颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫45条。平均感染度3.2条(1~18条);颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫在黄鳝体内分布以肌肉最多(29条,64.4%),其次为内脏(16条,35.6%)。肌肉平均感染率12.7%(14/110),肌肉感染度平均2.1条;内脏平均感染率2.7%(3/110),内脏感染度平均5.3条。结论福建省闽北地区黄鳝携带有颚口线虫Ⅲ期幼虫,个别县市黄鳝感染率高达50.0%,肌肉感染率大于内脏。加强水产品寄生虫监测,对防治食源性寄生虫病传播流行有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the distribution of the stage Ⅲ larvae of Gnathostoma in eel for the risk assessment of food-borne parasitic disease. Methods The samples were collected from five counties in northern Fujian,more than 20 eels were collected from each county. The insect bodies were collected and observed under the microscope according to GB 10136-2015"National standard for food safety in animal aquatic products". Results Totally 110 eels were collected and examined in the five counties, with 14 positive eels and the total infection rate was 12.7%(14/110). Totally 45 stage Ⅲ larvaes of Gnathostoma were found in 14 positive eels. The mean infectiosity was 3.2(1~18). The stage Ⅲ larvae of Gnathostoma were mostly distributed in the muscle(29 larvaes,64.4%)),followed by the viscera(16 larvaes,35.6%). The mean infection rate of muscle was 12.7%(14/110) and the mean infectiosity was 2.1. The mean infection rate of viscera was 2.7%(3/110) and the mean infectiosity was 5.3. Conclusion The eels in northern Fujian were infected by the stage Ⅲ larvae of Gnathostoma. The infection rate of eels in some counties reached up to 50.0%. The infection rate of muscle is higher than that of viscera. It is important to strengthen the surveillance of parasite in aquatic products for the foodborne parasitic disease control and prevention.
