摘要
目的探讨曲普瑞林联合腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤的治疗效果,观察其对患者激素水平、月经量以及子宫肌瘤复发的影响。方法选取2016年8月-2018年8月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院行手术治疗的多发子宫肌瘤患者98例,随机分为研究组49例和对照组49例。研究组给予曲普瑞林联合腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗,对照组给予腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、激素水平、月经情况、子宫体积以及子宫肌瘤复发率。结果研究组的治疗有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)水平显著下降(P<0.05)。研究组术后1个月、6个月月经及子宫体积正常率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);截至治疗后6个月,两组患者均未发生子宫肌瘤复发情况。结论曲普瑞林联合腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤具有更好的临床治疗效果,可降低雌激素水平,有助于月经恢复正常和术后恢复。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of trierrilin combined with laparoscopic myomectomy on uterine fibroids,and to observe the effect on hormone levels,menses and the recurrence of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 98 patients with uterine fibroids who had been treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from Jun 2016 to Jun 2018 were selected,which equally divided into control group and study group randomly.The study group was treated with trierrilin combined with laparoscopic myomectomy,while the control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The clinical efficacy,hormone levels,menses and the recurrence of uterine fibroids were observed.Results The clinical efficacy in the study group was 95.92%,significantly higher than that in the control group 75.51%(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and E2 in study group decreased significantly(P<0.05).One and six months after the treatment,the rate of normal menstruation and normal uterine volume in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);six months after treatment,there was no recurrence of uterine fibroids occurred in both groups.Conclusion Trierrilin combined with laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively treat the uterine fibroids,decrease the level of estrogen,which will help to restore normal menstruation and recovery.
