摘要
目的研究微创内固定术治疗胫骨骨折。方法将76例2015年10月至2018年10月间于我院接受手术治疗的胫骨骨折患者作为研究对象,依据随机分组原则,将76例患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组,两组患者分别为38例。对照组患者在进行手术治疗的过程中,采取传统开放手术钢板固定术进行骨折治疗,观察组患者在进行手术治疗的过程中,采取微创钢板内固定术进行骨折治疗。在两组患者经过手术治疗后,对比两组手术治疗方式的临床疗效以及骨折愈合情况。结果经对比,采用微创内固定术进行治疗的观察组患者临床疗效相比对照组而言明显较高,观察组患者的骨折愈合情况也较好,明显由于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胫骨骨折患者的临床治疗中,采用微创内固定术进行治疗,可以有效的帮助患者促进胫骨骨折愈合,值得在临床中应用推广。
Objective To study the treatment of tibial fracture by minimally invasive internal fi xation.Methods 76 patients with tibial fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital between October 2015 and October 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the principle of random grouping,76 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and 38 patients were divided into two groups respectively.In the control group,the traditional open surgery plate fi xation was used for fracture treatment during the surgical treatment.In the observation group,the minimally invasive plate fi xation was used for fracture treatment during the surgical treatment.After surgical treatment,the clinical effi cacy and fracture healing of the two groups were compared.Results By comparison,the clinical effi cacy of the observation group treated with minimally invasive internal fi xation was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group,and the fracture healing was also better in the observation group,which was obviously statistically signifi cant due to the comparison between the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with tibial fracture,the minimally invasive internal fi xation can effectively help patients to promote tibial fracture healing and is worthy of clinical application.
