摘要 目的:通过超高效液相色谱-串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)对岭南山竹子(Garcinia oblongifolia)果皮的化学成分进行研究。方法:将新鲜的岭南山竹子果皮用70%乙醇回流提取,减压回收溶剂,冷冻干燥得到提取物后,重新溶解到50%甲醇水溶液,经0.22μm微孔滤器过滤进入UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS分析。采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱分离,以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,并在全扫描模式进行飞行时间质谱鉴定。结果:通过对高分辨一级和二级质谱数据进行解析,结合参考文献数据并与数据库进行比对,共鉴定了13个化合物,主要为苯甲酮类化合物。结论:该研究结果为科学研发岭南山竹子提供了一定的科学依据。 Objective:The chemical composition of the pericarp of Garcinia oblongifolia was studied by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry.Methods:Fresh the epicarp of Garcinia oblongifolia was extracted with 70%ethanol reflux,the solvent was recovered under reduced pressure,after freeze-drying to obtain the extract,redissolved in 50%methanol aqueous solution,filtered through 0.22μm microporous filter into UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS.ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 chromatographic column was used for gradient elution with 0.1%formic acid in water-acetonitrile as mobile phase.Time-of-flight mass spectrometry was performed in full scan mode.Results:Through the analysis of high-resolution primary and secondary mass spectrometry data,combined with reference data and compared with the database,13 compounds were identified,mainly benzophenone compounds.Conclusions:The results of this study provide a sufficient scientific basis for scientific research and development of Garcinia oblongifolia.
