榆神矿区曹家滩井田首采工作面涌水量预测 被引量:11

Water Inflow Prediction of the First Mining Face in Caojiatan Coal Mine Field,Yushen Mining Area

摘要 陕北侏罗纪煤田榆神矿区内煤炭资源丰富,但区内矿井普遍受到顶板水害影响。为了准确预测榆神矿区内矿井工作面涌水量,以曹家滩井田122106首采工作面为例,首先分析其导水裂隙带发育高度,判断其2-2号煤回采后上覆含水层的波及情况,而后确定工作面顶板的主要充水含水层,再采用5种方法进行涌水量预测,最后进行对比分析确定涌水量预测值。结果表明:采用裂采比27倍作为导水裂隙带发育高度计算参考,工作面2-2号煤回采高度6 m,导水裂隙带发育高度为162 m,波及上覆主要含水层为侏罗系延安组含水层和直罗组含水层,部分区域波及的风化基岩含水层。采用的5种方法计算工作面正常涌水量分别为404、570、617、464、589 m3/h;最大涌水量取正常涌水量的1.2倍系数进行计算。通过对比分析各方法的适用条件,确定比拟法的计算值最能够接近矿井生产实际,即曹家滩井田122106首采工作面正常涌水量为464 m3/h,最大涌水量为557 m3/h。 Yushen mining area in Shaanxi,China,hosts abundant coal resources in the Jurassic age,but the local coal mines were affected widely by roof water hazards.To accurately predict the water inflow incidence,No.122106 initial mining face in Caojiatan Field was taken as the example.First,the development height of the water flowing fractured zone was analyzed to judge the effect of the overlying aquifers of No.2-2 coal seam after mining.Second,the main water-filled aquifers at the roof of the working face was determined,and then five methods were used to predict the water inflow.Finally,comparative analysis was carried out to determine the predicted water inflow value.The fracture-mining ratio of 27 times was used as the reference for calculating the development height of the water flowing fractured zone.The coal-mining height of the working face No.2-2 was 6 m,and the height of water flowing fractured zone development was 162 m.The main overlying aquifers were situated in the Jurassic Yan an Group and Zhiluo Group,and some areas were affected by weathered bedrock aquifers.The normal water inflow at the working face for the calculation of the five methods was:404,570,617,464,and 589 m 3/h,respectively,and the maximum water inflow was calculated by taking 1.2 times of the normal water inflow.By comparing and analyzing the applicable conditions of each method,the calculation results that fit mostly to the actual mine production show that the normal water inflow at the mining face is 464 m 3/h,and the maximum water inflow is 557 m 3/h.
