摘要
深水表层连续钻进送入工具是喷射法下表层导管作业中必不可少的工具,该工具的关键核心技术长期被国外技术服务公司所垄断,近年来国内厂商和相关单位加大研发力度,初步实现了CADA工具具有自主知识产权的国产化。送入工具的中心转动轴是整个工具承受拉伸载荷的关键部件,对国内自主研发的送入工具芯轴进行了整体抗拉伸试验,拉伸载荷最大为2000 kN,最大伸长量为52.2 mm,且试验过程中芯轴整体长度变化在合理范围内,试验前后其整体长度未发生改变,证明工具满足施工作业的可靠性要求,为深水表层导管的安全高效下入和“二开”连续钻进提供了有力的保障,并对后续工具结构的优化设计具有参考意义。
The Cam Actuated Drill-Ahead(CADA)is an essential special tool for the deep-water jetting.The key core technology of the tool has been monopolized by foreign technical service companies for a long time.In recent years,domestic manufacturers and relevant units have increased the research and development of the tool,initially realized the localization of the CADA tool,and owned the tool with independent intellectual property rights.The central rotating shaft of the feeding tool is the key part of the whole tool to bear the tensile load.The overall tensile test of the feeding tool mandrel independently developed in China is carried out,the maximum tensile load is 2000 KN,and the maximum elongation is 52.2 mm.During the test,the overall length of the mandrel changes within a reasonable range,and the overall length does not change before and after the test,which proves that the tool meets the reliability requirements of construction operations,provides a strong guarantee for the safe and efficient running in of the deep-water surface conductor and the continuous drilling of second spud,and has reference significance for the subsequent optimization design of the tool structure.
