摘要
金属材料是目前海洋工程设备中使用最为广泛的材料,但是在海洋环境的影响下会不断受到腐蚀,导致其在长期使用过程中存在严重的安全隐患,每年造成巨大的经济损失。涂层防护是目前应用最广泛的防腐技术之一,特别是基于绿色抑制剂开发的新型防腐涂料具有环保、可生物降解、成本低、环境稳定等特点,发展迅速而且应用前景广阔。本文就基于绿色抑制剂的新型防腐涂层的发展和应用进行了综述。
Metal materials are the most widely used materials in the current marine engineering equipment.However,these materials suffer continuous corrosion on the marine environment,resulting in serious security risks in the long-term use process and causing huge economic losses every year.Coating protection is one of the most widely used anti-corrosion technologies at present,especially the new coatings based on green inhibitors have the characteristics of environmental protection,biodegradation,low cost and environmental stability,and develop rapidly with a broad application prospect.In this paper,the development and application of new anticorrosive coatings based on green inhibitors is summarized.
