Objective To investigate the application of low contrast agent and high injection rate pulmonary angiography(CTPA)in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.Method Eighty patients with CTPA from January 2018 to January 2019 in Jilin Oilfield Hospital of Songyuan were collected.According to the dosage and injection rate of contrast agent, they were divided into two groups:group A and B,40 cases in each group.Group A received 40 ml of iohexol,5 ml/s of injection rate, group B 65 ml of iohexol,3 ml/s of injection rate. The number of pulmonary artery emboli from trunk to sub segment was statistically analyzed, and the image quality was subjective evaluated.Result According to doctor A's evaluation, the qualified rate of image evaluation in group A was 95.00%higher than that in group B;according to doctor B's evaluation, the qualified rate of image evaluation in group A was 95.00%higher than that in group B(P<0.05);947 pulmonary emboli were detected in group a,which was 730 higher than that in group B.Conclusion CTPA with low contrast agent and high injection rate can reduce the amount of contrast agent and increase the number of pulmonary embolism detection,so as to obtain better images.
