摘要
宫颈癌是世界范围内女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,我国宫颈癌的新发病例数约占世界的总发病例数的30%。传统宫颈癌的临床治疗手段主要包括手术切除、化学治疗、放射治疗,国内外研究者一直致力于探索针对宫颈癌更有效、更特异的治疗方法和靶向治疗药物,以提升宫颈癌患者的治疗效果和生存质量。随着医学发展,尤其是"精准医学"的提出,所有恶性肿瘤的治疗手段也都逐渐呈现多样化、联合化。本文就国内外宫颈癌的临床治疗现状及临床研究现状进行综述。
Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women worldwide.The number of new cases of cervical cancer in China accounts for about 30%of the world.Traditional clinical treatments for cervical cancer include surgery,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy.Researchers at home and abroad have been working to explore more effective and specific treatments and targeted drugs for cervical cancer to improve the patient's therapeutic effect and quality of life.With the development of medicine,especially the"precise medicine",all the treatments for malignant tumors have gradually become diversified and combined.This article reviews the current status and development of clinical treatment of cervical cancer at home and abroad.
