大断面双连拱隧道施工变形控制技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 浅埋暗挖法在地铁隧道施工中的应用越来越多,施工技术和水平也越来越高;在施工过程中遇到施工难度大且施工变形大的大断面双连拱隧道的情况也越来越多。本文以西安地铁六号线科技八路站~科技六路站区间隧道为背景,采用数值模拟以及现场监测数据分析的方法对大断面双连拱隧道施工过程中变形进行分析和预测,结合施工实际得出以下结论:(1)中洞开挖沉降在总沉降中所占比例最高,右洞沉降在总沉降中的比例比左洞大;(2)模拟的沉降曲线与现场监测数据变化基本符合,可用模拟结果指导施工和预测未来沉降,从而对施工方案进行相应的修改、完善。这对类似工程的施工设计有一定的参考价值。 The shallow-buried excavation method is used more and more in the subway tunnel construction,and the construction technology and level are also higher and higher.In the construction process,there are more and more cases of large section double arch tunnel with large construction difficulty and large construction deformation.In this paper,with the background of the interval tunnel between Keji No.8 Road Station and Keji No.6 Road Station of Xi’an Metro Line 6,the methods of numerical simulation and field monitoring data analsysis were used to analyze and predict the deformation of the large section double arch tunnel in the construction process.The conclusions are drawn as follows in combination with the construction scheme:(1) the excavation settlement of the middle tunnel accounts for the highest proportion in the total settlement,and the settlement of the right tunnel is larger than that of the left tunnel in the total settlement.(2) The simulated settlement curve is basically consistent with the change of on-site monitoring data.The simulation results can be used to guide the construction and predict the future settlement,so as to modify and improve the construction scheme accordingly.This conclusion has certain reference value for the construction design of similar projects.
