摘要
食用油安全对保障国民健康生活具有重要意义。为调查消费者对食用油安全的满意度,在美国顾客满意度模型(ACSI)的基础上,引入安全风险感知变量,建立了食用油安全消费者满意度模型,并采用结构方程模型方法(SEM)进行验证。结果表明:在影响食用油安全消费者满意度的变量中,感知价值对消费者满意度的影响最强,安全风险感知的影响最弱;感知质量能通过感知价值和安全风险感知这一中介变量,对消费者满意度产生间接影响。
The safety of edible oil is significant to ensure the healthy life of the people.To investigate consumers’satisfaction with edible oil safety,we draw on the American Customer Satisfaction Model(ACSI),introduce a safety risk perception variable,and establish a consumer satisfaction model for edible oil safety,which is verified by structural equation modeling(SEM).The results show that among the variables that affect consumers’satisfaction with edible oil safety,perceived value has the strongest influence on consumers’satisfaction,while the safety risk perception has the weakest influence.Perceived quality can indirectly affect consumer satisfaction through perceived value and perceived safety risk.
